We would like to introduce you to the fauna of Suriname by paying a visit to Paramaribo Zoo, where you will be given an extensive tour.
Then we will take you to the Mon Plaisir villa district, where you can admire the luxury villas of the rich and famous. You will be amazed by the villas and especially the variety and size of some of these castles.
Depending on the day of this tour, we will introduce you to the varied Surinamese cuisine after the tour. You can choose from a different cuisine every day. We have selected the following restaurants especially for this tour:
- On Monday evening, you can experience Creole cuisine at Cabana 39 (roof hotel Krasnapolsky)
- On Tuesday evening, you can experience Javanese cuisine at restaurant Mirosso
- On Wednesday evening, you can experience Sushi at restaurant Sushi-Ya
- On Thursday evening, you can experience Hindustani cuisine at restaurant Roopram Roti
- On Friday evening, you can experience Chinese cuisine at restaurant Bamboo Garden
- On Saturday, evening you can experience the extensive Indonesian cuisine at Fusion restaurant Warung Jawa
We will book a table for you at the restaurant in advance and you can order meals and drinks à la carte. After dinner you will be taken to your hotel; giving you the opportunity to get acquainted with Suriname by night during the ride back.
